3. Services and Usage

While we strive for accuracy and efficiency in our services, the results generated by our tools are meant to assist in project development, not replace professional judgment. Users are responsible for ensuring the final outputs comply with local laws, building codes, and industry standards.

Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal and commercial purposes related to design and project management.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials provided by TheDrawing.Space, including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and underlying code, are the intellectual property of TheDrawing.Space and its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content: By uploading or submitting content (e.g., designs, plans, data) to the platform, you grant TheDrawing.Space a worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purposes of providing services to you.

5. Payment and Subscription

Access to TheDrawing.Space's services is provided through a subscription-based model with varying tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Users are responsible for keeping their payment details up to date.

Changes to Pricing: TheDrawing.Space reserves the right to adjust pricing, with notice provided to users. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

6. Limitation of Liability

TheDrawing.Space is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and reliable services, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheDrawing.Space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business.

Use the platform to create illegal or non-compliant designs.
Upload content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Return and Refund Policy

At TheDrawing.Space, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered tools and services for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. To ensure a fair experience for all users, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Subscription Services:

Refund Eligibility:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Users may request a refund within the first 7 days of their initial subscription if they are dissatisfied with the service. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, refunds can be requested within the first 14 days of the subscription. After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable, but users may cancel auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Users are responsible for managing their subscription status, including turning off auto-renewal if they no longer wish to use the service.

2. Selective Service Model (Design Document Publishing):

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for the Design Document Publisher only if the output contains technical errors that significantly impact the usability of the published drawings, as determined by TheDrawing.Space. Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the final product.
No Refund for Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for selective services once the drawings have been successfully delivered unless technical issues are identified.

3. Consultation and Training Services:

Refund Eligibility: Consultation and training sessions are non-refundable once they have been delivered. For sessions that have been scheduled but not yet provided, users may cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases of platform downtime, service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, TheDrawing.Space may, at its discretion, provide refunds or credits for affected users. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team at support@thedrawing.space within the eligible refund period. Please include your subscription details and reason for the refund request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
